INDUSTRIES

Why this firm exists.

Most owners we meet are not short of advice. They are short of someone who will stay and implement it. Cao Investment Group was set up to be the second kind of firm — we scope the highest-leverage fix, build it, and stay involved long enough to find out whether it held.

It is deliberately small. You work with the people doing the work, and we would rather tell you that you do not need us than sell you a retainer you will never feel.

We only give advice we will execute on.

DISCOVER MORE WAYS WE CAN HELP

We measure the work against your numbers, not ours.

  • What does Cao Investment Group actually do?

Three things, under one roof: we build software and automation, we manage and advise on property, and we run marketing and operations for small businesses. Most engagements touch more than one.

  • How does an engagement start?

With a short operating review: how the work runs today, where a person is acting as the glue between two systems, and which single fix returns the most. Then we scope that one thing rather than a twelve-month roadmap.

  • How is it priced?

Project, retainer, or an operating partnership, depending on how deeply we get involved. We quote each engagement rather than publishing a rate card, because scope and access drive the number far more than hours do.
